.      This blog,  is dedicated to getting down and nerdy focusing on the awesome and the annoying happenings in the basketball universe.  The goal of this is to open a dialogue on all important and unimportant aspects of basketball: the good, the bad, the ugly, the nostalgically good, the nostalgically awesomely bad, the volatile, the rhetorically significant,  the ABA-tastic, the 16-bit video games,  the best in basketball-inspired pop culture, the even better basketball-inspired pop culture and all related tangents that diverge either from the aforementioned or just totally at random.

.     I love all things basketball,  especially Memphis-related basketball, playing NBA Jam on Sega Genesis, watching basketball, and even occasionally going outside to actually play basketball in real life even if it means breaking a sweat. I love my wife, my family, my friends, and the moments in basketball games when someone gets a foul call they didnt deserve and then misses the following free throw prompting an annoying “the ball don’t lie!” comment from me in the spirit of Rasheed Wallace. I think Blogs are trendy and stupid.
